Registration Form
Please use the registration form to register for
the conference, social program and cultural program. Registration for social events
included in the registration fee is also necessary. Registration of
accompanying persons is also compulsory. The registration will be confirmed as soon
as the payment is received.

Students have to provide written proof from their institution to the Conference
Organizer and Travel Bureau.
Registration fee includes for;
Participants and Students: Conference Documents, Welcome Reception, Admission
to the Conference, Coffee Breaks, Bosphorus Cruise, Gala Dinner.
Accompanying persons: Welcome Reception, Opening Session, Bosphorus Cruise,
Gala Dinner, Closing Ceremony, Accompanying Persons Program.
Lunch is not included in the registration fee. It is possible to have lunch in the
conference building as well as in various restaurants in its surroundings.
Conference Documents
The conference documents include the name badges of the participants, the conference
proceedings, tickets for the social and cultural program, list of participants,
city map and general information of Istanbul. Conference documents will be handed
out during the following opening hours of the conference office in the Kabataş Cultural
Centre.

Payment
Payments for the conference, cultural program, and accommodation can be made
by credit card or bank transfer. Please indicate your method of payment on the registration
form.
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard): Please fill in the required information
in the appropriate spaces on the registration form.
Bank Transfer: Please transfer the fees to the following bank account free
of charge for the recipient. Participants are kindly requested to state clearly
on the bank order which items are included in the payment; registration, hotel deposit,
cultural tours.

Cancellation of the Registration
In case of cancellation of the registration written notification should be sent to the Topkon Conference Organizer and Travel Bureau. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
If the cancellation is received;
- before/on July 20
th, 2009, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- after July 20
th, 2009, there will be no refund.
