The conference venue is Kabataş Cultural Centre at Ortaköy with a magnificent panorama
of Bosphorus, Asian side, Historical Peninsula and Bosphorus Bridge. It is located
on the European shore of Bosphorus near to Dolmabahçe and Çırağan Palaces. Feriye,
one of the buildings of the complex is a 19
th century building reflecting the architecture
