Rooms have been pre-reserved in the listed hotels. The prices will be announced
later. Please use the online reservation for room reservation. For a guaranteed
reservation the data of a valid credit card or a deposit to the conference account
for the first overnight stay is required. Reservations are booked on first-come,
first-served basis.

Cancellation of the Accommodation
In case of cancellation of the accommodation written notification should be sent
to the Topkon Conference Organizer and Travel Bureau. All refunds will be processed
after the conference.
If the cancellation is received;
- before/on June 15
th, 2009, the full payment less one night fee will be
refunded.
- after June 15
th, 2009, there will be no refund.
