Room reservation form
Due to several events in Istanbul in the same time frame as the LuxEuropa 2009 conference, participants who would like to stay at the conference hotels are advised to make their reservation requests as soon as possible.
Please use the online reservation form for room reservation. For a guaranteed reservation total price should be made by bank transfer or credit card. Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation of the Accommodation
In case of cancellation of the accommodation written notification should be sent
to the Topkon Conference Organizer and Travel Bureau. All refunds will be processed
after the conference.
If the cancellation is received;
- before/on June 15
th, 2009, the full payment less one night fee will be
refunded.
- after June 15
th, 2009, there will be no refund.
